Here are some plain and simple reasons....
- Dressed appropriately - do not show up in pajama pants & flip flops, or dressed like a gang banger or like you just came from playing basketball.
- Control your children - If you have no one to leave your children with, don't let them run around, while you are looking at the apartment
- Come Prepared to take it if you like it - Bring your paystubs, references, credit report & a deposit.
- Credit Report - If you have discrepencies in your credit report try to offer the landlord 2 month's deposit.
- If you have a pet, offer him a pet deposit, and lastly...
- MAKE A GOOD IMPRESSION so he can remember you.
