I spent the last two days promoting my listings and networking. There are so many ways you can build a network in the Internet so you can get the word about your properties.
I recently learned how to make a movie and was able to join a couple of networking sites. However, the most challenging job this week is balancing my job with my household responsibilities. With a new baby girl you basically have to work around her schedule until she gets a little older.
Today 6 more listings came in: 2 in Queens and 4 in Brooklyn. All 3 bedroom apartments located on Decatur Ave, Kings Highway and Linden Blvd.
The apartment in Queens in located in a nice residentail area near Ovid Place and the other in 110th Ave. I have lots of contacts to take care of seeing that they won't last too long. Anyone know of a good website that stores photos?
